Some of Fr. Ed's interests include: spending time with friends, music and the arts, good coffee, microbrew beers, wine-tasting, movies, cooking, baking - especially pies, and travel. Some of Fr. Ed's favorite scripture passages include John 12:24, Matthew 5:13-16, Hebrews 12:1b-2, just to name a few and some favorite saints including Sts. John Paul II The Great, Francis, Therese of Lisieux, Teresa of Avila, Charles, Gianna Beretta Molia, and others. Lastly Fr.
